I will do my best to try getting some info on HOA board doings to Deer Creekers soon. We just had a meeting tonight Oct 14th and as usual nearly all of the info we should have is out of sight done by the board secretly. Only snippets of the doings are let out. And unfortunately much of it is sprung on us after the fact with very little input from homeowners. Totally wrong. There are many dangerous issues going on I will try to start reporting on. Although I wish more homeowners would take the impetus to come to meetings, ask questions and look into issues. We can have a proper working water system with reasonable rates if we get involved. If we don't we will just have a few running our lives and believe me many of the people on the board are not the best we could have. And they are simply stuck in their little world boxing the other homeowners out. We need more but currently there are a few homeowners, this website operator, myself and a couple others working to get this mess straightened out. We need more help though. With support we can make things work well here in DCE. I will post more soon, and I hate to say it but you will likely be shocked at some of the dangerous and costly plans going on.
